Responsibilities:
1.Understand customer’s needs, present ICIS service and close deals through telephone, email or visiting;
2.Execute and achieve Sales Target;
3.Develop new customers;
4.Maintain customer’s relationships and create cross-sell and up-sell;
5.Gather customer’s feedback and participate in marketing activities.

Qualifications:
1.Good at building long-term relationship with customers, with strong communication and influencing sales skill;
2.At least 3 year’s sales experience, related industrial experience is preferred;
3.Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing , economic, international trading is preferred;
4.Good command in English, CET-6, IELTS-6 or above.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel
6.Mature, persistent, work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure service contract renewal by superior Key Account relationship management
2. Drive new biz growth by exploring new biz opportunity from EX Key Acct as well as potential customers
3. Achieve annual sales target by effectively leverage internal resource when selling various info and consulting product to customers.
4. Ensure biz profitability by managing price in biz offer, and timely payment from the key accounts effectively.
5. Promote corporate brand by demonstrating professionalism and expertise in any customer facing occasion.

Scope of Job:
1. Provide customer insight e.g. Key Account profile, persona’s KPI, work flow, biz strategy etc.
2. Develop viable Account Development Plan and effectively implement it.
3. Sell and secure service contract to the named key customers.
4. Maintain EX Key Customers relationship through routine biz calls and corporate events, ensure contract renewal and expand service scope in the following year.
5. Penetrate into Sr Mgt level of the Key customers and explore project base biz opportunity; closely work with Content team and Consulting team in order to secure the service contract.
6. Collect competitor intelligence via daily sales activity in order to develop viable sales strategy for the specific account.
7. Explore biz opportunity from new customers via different channels/approach e.g. cold calling, public seminar, forum, exhibition, corporate event, visiting, referral etc.
8.Collect clients’ feedbacks and optimize our solutions with our supporting team to enhance clients’ satisfaction

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 5+ years in sales with 3+ years KA experience; consulting experience is preferred
3. Good team spirit, working under pressure, passionate, creative
4. Good communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Knowledgeable in Energy and/or Chemical industry market
2. Experienced in consultative selling and key account management
3. Excellent skill in presentation
4. Excellent skill in MS office, mainly in Excel, Word and PPT
5. Proficient in written English and comfortable orally.
